From your Facebook profile page navigate to the bottom of the Intro section to view Featured Collections.
Click on the collection of your choice.
Click on # Viewers (or No Viewers Yet)
From here you'll see the full list of who viewed your collection. Other indicates a viewer who is not part of your friends list.

From the top of the newsfeed, click your active Story.
At the bottom you'll be able to see who viewed your Story since it was posted.

Tap your active Story from the Facebook mobile app.
