When you contact support please make sure to include the link/URL or order ID for any orders you have questions about.
We offer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Live chat is available at most times. We respond to all support tickets within 12 hours or less.
We offer many services from a variety of different sellers/providers and they all have different delivery methods and features. We always make every effort to offer services that will not drop, however, there is never a guarantee.
Unfortunately, that's the nature of this industry. Most of the services we offer come with a REFILL policy, which can be found on the New Order page Service Description.
If the service you purchase comes with a refill and it is within the refill timeframe we will request that the provider restart your order to complete the delivery and if they are unable to fully deliver what was paid for a refund will be issued for any undelivered services.
If the order drops after the refill timeframe has expired then there will be no refill or refund of the dropped service. A refill request can be initiated from your QQTube dashboard under Orders. You can learn more about reporting an order here.

Once you input your order information, the price will be automatically calculated for you before you submit your order.

Please note that the information listed on the Service and Pricing page and New Order page are estimates/averages, not guaranteed, and subject to change without notice.
We use a variety of providers for our services and their delivery methods are all different. We
cannot give specific details about delivery methods, that information is proprietary and
confidential. You can find specific information about the service you are interested in on the
Service and Pricing page or the New Order Page.

7) Many services come with a refill guarantee, this means if they drop a refill will be generated for the order and if a refill is not possible, a refund will be issued for any undelivered services.
8) You can request a refund for the balance in your account at any point and the refund process
will be initiated within 24 hours.
Deposit Refund / Account Balance Refund Policy: Any UNUSED funds from deposits in the
customer's account on our website can be refunded back to the original form of payment at the
customer's request when contacting our support team. These requests must be made within 6
months of the original deposit to receive a refund back to the original form of payment. To
request an account balance refund please open a Support Ticket on our site or email us at
support@qqtube.com. All Support Tickets are responded to within 12 hours and typically much
faster.
Order Cancellation Refund Policy: A customer may request an order cancellation by opening a Support Ticket on our site or by emailing support@qqtube.com. However, once an order is In Progress we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped. If the order can be stopped a refund will be issued for any undelivered services. In case of partial delivery, if we are able to stop the service, we will cancel the order and refund it to your balance as follows: the amount of the service units already delivered will be deducted from the total amount of your refund (a refund will be issued for any undelivered services). In the case of full delivery, no refund will be made. If the order is canceled by our system because of technical or delivery issues a refund will be issued for any undelivered services. Services Refill / Refund Policy We offer a variety of services and they all have different delivery methods and features. Many of our services come with a refill/restart if the services we deliver drop. However, some of our services come with no refill/restart and some come with a refill only for a specific timeframe (after the order is placed). It is important that you review the Service Description before placing all orders so that you are familiar with the refill policy. Any time there is a problem with an order please open a Support Ticket and let us know. If the service purchased comes with a refill we will restart the order to complete the delivery and if we are unable to complete the order we will issue a refund for any undelivered services.
**Requests for balance refunds can not be addressed via live chat. All requests for refunds (both deposit/account balance refunds and order refunds) should be made by opening a Support Ticket on our site (go to your account and click the SUPPORT link at the top). All Support Tickets are responded to within 12 hours and typically much faster.
Deposits
Our minimum deposit amount is $10 USD (the requirement will be higher for resellers).
To make a deposit:
1) Click the GO TO ACCOUNT button on the top right, this will take you to your QQTube Dashboard.
2) In the very top right corner of the page you will see a button that says DEPOSIT FUNDS or on the left side menu bar you will see the DEPOSIT link.
3) Click either of those options and it will bring you to our secure deposit page. From there you will see the methods of payment and you will follow the prompts to complete the deposit process.
Our current methods of payment are Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Cryptocurrency with Bitcoin (BTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), or Tether (USDT). Any card with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo is accepted.
Please Note: We DO NOT accept PayPal as a method of payment. Once you have funded your account you will always be able to see your current balance indicated on your QQTube dashboard, it will be in the top left of the screen and labeled as FUNDS.
The minimum deposit amount for regular customers is $10.00 USD. Resellers have higher
minimum deposits in exchange for discounted prices.

Your Account
Please open a Support Ticket and request to have your account closed.
Any time you would like all or a portion of your QQTube account balance refunded, please open a support ticket and ask for a refund.
All refunds are initiated within 24 hours. For security reasons, funds are only refunded to the original form of payment. If your original payment was made by debit or credit card it can take up to 5 business days for our payment processor and your card issuer to complete the process of the refund to your account.
Requests for balance refunds cannot be addressed via live chat. All requests for refunds (both deposit/account balance refunds and order refunds) should be made by opening a Support Ticket on our site (go to your account and click the SUPPORT link at the top). All Support Tickets are responded to within 12 hours and typically much faster.
Orders
You can see an example URL format in the Link box on the New Order page once you have selected a service.
You can also visit our How To Find My Social Media Link to learn how to find the URL you need to place your order.
If you do not see the link format needed for your order, please open a Support Ticket and our Customer Support Specialists will assist you.
Once an order has been placed it is not always possible to cancel it. Many services have very fast delivery speeds, therefore making it impossible to cancel the order before it’s delivered.
In the event that you need an order canceled please either request the cancellation via your QQTube dashboard under ORDERS, or open a Support Ticket and we will send the cancellation request to the provider of the service. Learn how to request a cancellation from your dashboard here.
If the order can be canceled a refund will be issued for the undelivered services. We do not issue refunds for services that have been delivered. We offer no guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.
The start time for all services can vary and is listed on the Service Description when you place an order. Some services have an instant start time and others may have a delayed start time.
Instant Start does not mean that your order will complete delivery instantly. We do not have any services that provide instantaneous full delivery. The start time refers to the time it takes an order to begin processing.
Once an order starts you need to allow for the order to process and fully deliver at the estimated delivery speed. All estimated delivery speeds are based on a 24-hour timeframe and that doesn’t go into effect until the order has actually started processing.
Please be sure you review the Service Description for the service you are interested in before placing the order.
Please note: for YouTube services, YouTube doesn’t update all stats in real-time so it can take several hours or in some cases several days for you to see the effects of your order.
The delivery speed depends on several factors such as the delivery method for the service you ordered, the quantity of your order, and current order demand.
On the Service and Pricing page or the New Order page, you will see the estimated start time and estimated delivery speed for all services. All estimated delivery speeds are based on a 24 hour timeframe.
Once the start time has passed and your order has begun processing, please allow for your order to deliver at the stated estimated delivery speed.
If your order is not delivering at the estimated delivery speed, please open a Live Chat or Support Ticket and our Customer Support Specialist will assist you.
It is important to realize that Watch Time Hours and Retention are different things. You can
learn more about the difference between them here.
You will be able to see the estimated retention or watch time for the service you are purchasing
on the New Order page Service Description.
We have decided to discontinue all Telegram-related services on our site. This decision is due to Telegram’s lack of monitoring and regulation of its channels, which has led to the misuse of our platform for illegal, pornographic, and fraudulent activities. Such use violates our Terms of Service, and we are committed to upholding the integrity of our site.
You will see on the New Order page Service Description the Geo-Location for all services.
Worldwide would indicate that the traffic could come from any county. If there is a service that
allows you to choose the country, that will be indicated on the New Order page as Geo-Targeted
and there will be a dropdown menu with the available countries.
There can be many factors that cause an order to be only partially delivered.
If you have an order that has an In Progress status but is not delivering as stated (taking into consideration the start time and estimated delivery speed) or that has a Complete status but all services ordered have not been fully delivered, please or open a Live Chat or Support Ticket and we will look into it.
Our minimum deposit is $10 USD for regular customer accounts (higher for Resellers). For individual services, the order minimum will vary based on the service. You can see a list of all services and their order minimums on our Services and Pricing page, or also on the New Order page for the specific service you are interested in.
The order minimum and maximum for all services are strategically set by the provider of the service. This is subject to change at any time based on many factors. We do not have the ability to alter these parameters.
Reseller
We offer customers that qualify the opportunity to have their account status changed to
RESELLER (you do not have to be a Reseller to have a Reseller account status). Resellers receive a 25% discount on all prices, however, they have a higher minimum deposit requirement of $100.
To qualify for Reseller account status you must have an accumulated an deposit total (Lifetime
Funds) that is equal to or greater than $100.
Customer = $10 minimum deposit requirement, no discounted prices
Reseller = $100 minimum deposit requirement, 25% discount on all prices
If you are interested in Reseller account status please open a Support Ticket for account review
and approval. Reseller prices will not go into effect until you have received a confirmation back
from us that your account has been approved and updated.
To place orders from your own site you can use our API. You can place orders on behalf of your own customers and it will be sent to QQTube for delivery without your customers knowing (unless you mention QQTube yourself.)
To do so you will need to view our API documentation here: https://www.qqtube.com/documentation (this information can also be found on your QQTube dashboard). We do not provide technical or development assistance with the installation or integration of the API to your website. You will need to hire a developer if assistance is needed.
If you are already using our API and you are having issues placing orders please open a Support Ticket and our Customer Support Specialist will assist you.
Seller
Using Sell On QQTube is the only way we add new services to our site.
You will need the following:
- A QQTube customer account
- A website/panel and be able to accept orders via an API
To move forward and add your services:
- Log into your customer account
- From your dashboard, click the Sell On QQTube link in the left side menu
- Follow the prompts to go through the Terms of Service and required steps
Our Sell on QQTube feature allows providers/sellers to add services they want us to offer to our customers. We work with providers that have gone through an extensive vetting process and that can handle our high order volume. You must have a website/panel and be able to accept orders via an API for us to offer your services to our customers. If you don’t have a panel or API key, we can not offer your services.
Providers will have no direct contact with customers. All orders will be accepted through our site and sent to you via API for you to process.
To move forward and add your services, you will need a customer account with us, then from your dashboard follow the prompts on the Sell On QQTube link. It will take you through our Terms of Service and the steps required to list your service(s) for review and testing (if approved by our staff).
Approved services will go through Beta Testing and review for a minimum of 72 hours. Our QQTube Beta testers will place 5 test orders and once they are complete the tester will leave a review along with verifying the details of your service description. These beta test orders are at the provider's/seller's expense and you must ensure that funds to cover the orders are added to our account on your panel in advance. Only services that pass our high standards after testing will be enabled on our site for customer purchase.
New services submitted on Sell On QQTube will be reviewed by our staff to see if we are interested in Beta testing. If so, then the API will be set up and the service will be added to our Beta Test Orders page, this can take up to 3 days after the service is added.
After all 5 Beta Test Orders are complete we monitor them for 24 to 72 hours for delivery issues. We also wait until the orders have been reviewed by customers and we have no control over how long that will take. In most cases, the entire approval process could take up to 7 days
You will not see a service listed on our site under Service & Pricing for paid orders until it has:
1) Been approved for beta testing
2) Gone through beta testing and reviews
3) Been evaluated by our staff for final approval
The entire process can take up to 7 days
Once services are enabled for customer purchase, funds earned from orders will be added to your Sell On QQTube account. The minimum earnings payout is $50. Earnings between $50 and $500 can be requested for withdrawal every two weeks. Earnings exceeding $500 can be requested to be paid out with no time restrictions. No orders will be paid for in advance.
Affiliate
Once you log in to your QQTube account, click on Go To Account in the top right of your screen. This will bring up your dashboard, on the left side scroll down the list to Affiliates and click on the link. Here you will find all the information about our Affiliate Program.
Please Note: we do not allow you to refer family members or yourself. If you do then you will be removed from the program and have all earnings forfeited.
1. Funds - We will add the amount to your QQTube account as funds for you to use on services. If you have the funds added back to your QQTube account you will receive a 20% bonus.
2. Payout - We will send the amount from your QQTube account to one of our approved payment methods.
Once you have requested an Affiliate Payout it can take up to 30 days before the commission is paid out. The waiting time is so that we can verify all orders and wait the appropriate time to ensure there are no refunds or chargebacks on the orders. When the orders are clear, the payout will be made automatically.
