Currently Facebook does not have a dedicated clipboard feature.

From your feed or from the post directly, click the three dots on the top right corner.
Click Save Post.
On Mobile

On Desktop
From the left hand menu of your Feed, click Saved.
Here you can view all saved content, and organize them within collections.
To Unsave a post, click the three dots on the bottom right and click Unsave.
On Mobile
From the Facebook app, tap your profile photo on the bottom right corner.
Tap Saved.
