How To Create Forum Channels
Before you can create a forum channel, you'll need to enable to community option for your server.
Enabling Community Servers
You can access this setting via either desktop or mobile by following the steps below:
Open your server and click Server Settings from the dropdown menu.
Under Community, click Enable Community.
Click Get Started.
Toggle both options ON, before clicking Next.
Follow the on screen prompts to complete set up.
Creating Your Own Forum Channel
To create a Discord server, follow the steps below on either desktop or mobile.
NOTE: You will have to have Community enabled for your server before following the steps below.

Access your Discord server.

Click the plus sign next to the text channel to create a new channel.
