On Windows

1. Close Spotify.

2. Open your file browser and navigate to "%appdata%SpotifyUsers"

3. Locate and enter the folder "username-user"

4. Delete the file titled "local-files.bnk"

5. Open Spotify again

On macOS

Close Spotify

Open Finder and click Macintosh HD on the bottom left.

Navigate to Library > Application Support.

Click Spotify.

Delete "local-files.bnk"
